I've stopped reading the newspaper and watching news shows, even The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. Now my email and Facebook are exposing my nerve endings to the shit of the world and our society. The unfairness that abounds and the deck is stacked against us. There is no escape.

- Mostly, I guess, really, I mean usually, the majority of the time, within reason and without cause, I am very direct. I neither palaver nor prevaricate although, mostly, with some variations, I do augment the truth sometimes without getting to any serious point whatsoever. Sometimes not. I like words. English words usually since it is both my mother and father tongue. I like Spanish words with multiple r's and the lost letters in French as well as the jarring nature of German and the flow of vowel rich Russian.
